September is out, October is in and with it comes Halloween, woolly jumpers, boots, open fires, darker nails/lips etc...

It was another very exciting month for me as I got to go to the Professional Beauty Show in the RDS, but that is a whole other post that I am putting together for you.

Welcome to the latest post in my 'Monthly Favourites' series. I love sharing my favourite products with you all and hearing your thoughts.

Read on for my top ten picks for my favourite products for the month of September, in no particular order . . .

1 ~ Cailyn Dizzolv' It Makeup Melt Cleansing Balm

I first tried this when I got a sample size in the goody bag at Suzanne Jackson's workshop. I loved it from the first time I used it and I just recently repurchased another jar. This stuff is amazing! I mentioned it before in "My Night-Time Routine" blog post.
The balm-type texture responds to your body temperature and melts in to a silky liquid cleanser once you rub it into your skin. You can see it literally dissolving your makeup, even the most stubborn waterproof makeup (and yes, even waterproof mascara!). I apply it all over my face, including my eyes, and use a hot damp facecloth to remove every trace of makeup. My face feels so clean after using this, literally clean as a whistle. It still amazes me every time I use it.
Containing aloe vera and calendula flower extract, the Cailyn balm is gentle and mild, making it suitable for all skin types and leaving your skin super hydrated.

The full Cailyn range is available in selected pharmacies nationwide, online here, and Inish Pharmacy here.

2 ~ SoSu 100% Human Hair Lashes, GiGi

These lashes by Suzanne Jackson, a.k.a. SoSueMe, were highly-anticipated and super-hyped for their release, and if you have tried a pair you will know why. These lashes are A M A Z I N G. (and also sold out in alot of places, hence why I had no box in my photo to show you!)
The Gigi lashes are in the lower-priced bracket, the human hair lashes. There is also a luxury selection of silk lashes, which obviously I have my eye on a few pairs (pardon the pun!).
The GiGi lashes are a full strip which start short in the inner corner and gradually get longer towards the outer corner. They are super-lightweight on the eyes, I have never had trouble or irritability with them and I wear contact lenses so that is saying something!
I use the Duo Striplash Adhesive for these; the glue recommended to use with these lashes. *The SoSu lashes do not come with eyelash glue*
I have received so many compliments when I've been wearing these lashes, so I will be definitely wearing them more in the future. I am excited to try the luxury silk lashes!

The SoSu cosmetic range is available in pharmacies nationwide and online here.

3 ~ Lancomé Energie de Vie The Overnight Recovery Sleeping Mask

I have mentioned this product before in my June monthly favourites post, and yes I love it that much! The Energie De Vie range has been Lancome's biggest launch to date and it's easy to see why. This product is simply amazing.
There are a couple of different ways you can use it. . .
For every day use, apply a thin layer on clean skin and leave on overnight.
For when your skin needs some TLC, apply a generous layer on clean skin and leave for ten minutes. After ten minutes, either remove the excess product or blend it in.
This product transforms with the heat of your skin, and as it does so, it transforms into hydrating water droplets... So lush. This mask plumps your skin and leaves it looking hydrated, smoother and fresher. The difference I see in my skin the next morning after using this mask is remarkable. It is a wonder product!

Lancomé Energie de Vie is available in Debenhams stores and online here.

4 ~ Botanics 100% Organic Rosewater Spritz

This is another product that I mentioned before, this time in "My Night-Time Routine"
I discovered this toner from the Botanics range when I was looking for a new toner in Boots one day (I'll admit, I only started using toner recently.. bold, I know!) I spray this generously on my face after cleansing and it is super refreshing, I love it! I then wipe it away with a cotton pad, taking with it all the last traces of makeup. My skin feels so clean and refreshed after using this.

Available in Boots stores nationwide.

5 ~ Bellamianta Luxury Self Tinted Tanning Lotion

I have been using the Bellamianta Rapid Mousse for a while now but when I was recently gifted a whole hamper full of Bellamianta goodies, I seized my chance to try out the Self Tinted Tanning Lotion. I was so pleasantly surprised by it! I had heard mixed reports about it from working in the pharmacy, but I just love it. I have a full review on the Bellamianta range right here.

Bellamianta Luxury Tanning range is available in pharmacies and salons nationwide, and online here.

6 ~ Paese Long Cover Foundation

I had never heard of this makeup brand until recently, and I am wondering how I never knew of it!
I received some samples to try out and I am amazed at this brand. The foundation, in particular, is awesome. It has a spatula to dispense the product, instead of a pump. When I put this on the back of my hand, the texture feels really thick but as soon as I apply it, it feels so light on the skin and blends so well. The coverage is medium to full.
I always apply this foundation with my Powder 'n' Pout P230 HD Buffer Brush, making the foundation blend like a dream and what a flawless finish it gives! It lasts on my skin all day without any need for touch ups. It also contains SPF6; it is an added bonus for your skin if your foundation has SPF! This makeup is also formulated with vitamins A, C, E and Shea Butter to moisturise and protect your skin, along with pro-vitamin B5 to soothe any irritation.

Paese Cosmetics are available online and see a full list of stockists here.

7 ~ Tarte Tartelette in Bloom Eyeshadow Palette

This palette contains 12 glorious, long-wear, shades, a mix of matte and lustre shades, and I love each one as much as the last. This palette was made for me; the nudes, taupes, browns and aubergine shades are the colours I love to wear on my eyes. The colours are so versatile so you can create any look you wish, day or night.
The colours are super-pigmented due to the Amazonian-clay formula. And just look at the packaging, I mean, how could anyone resist that!
The palette comes with a step-by-step guide illustrating two different looks you can create using these colours; it's a great help if you are unsure where to put what colours!

Tarte cosmetics are available (and get a closer look at the shades) here, and in Sephora stores and online here.

8 ~ Powder 'n' Pout The Bullet P325

My brush of choice for my monthly favourites is this little superstar, the P325. I have a review on more Powder 'n' Pout brushes here including this one. The Bullet is amazing for smudging shadows, building depth and for under-eye shadowing. The short bristles on the brush means there is minimal fall-down of product under the eyes on to your cheeks, win win!

The Powder 'n' Pout makeup brush range is available in the Powder 'n' Pout salon in Carndonagh, selected pharmacies nationwide and online here.

9 ~ Seventeen Nail Polish, shade Mocha-tini

This one is a little late to the game because I only tried it recently but it is a gem.
I very rarely wear ordinary nail polish. I love to have Shellac or Gellux nails done, because the nature of my work, regular nail polish usually chips off after the first day and does not last. I picked this up to wear for the Professional Beauty Show last weekend as I ran out of time to get my nails done.
This nail polish is a bargain and I can't get over how many days it lasted before it needed re-done. It is nude colour, but I'm definitely going to pick up some darker colours of this nail polish to try out.

Seventeen cosmetics are available in Boots stores nationwide and online here.

10 ~ iPhone 7 Plus

This had to make an appearance.. look how pretty it is!
I am an Apple geek, I own lots of Apply products and I am a sucker for the launch of a new iPhone. Like the true Apple nerd that I am, I was so excited for the keynote a few weeks ago which announced iOS10 and the new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. I owned the 6 Plus so I would never downsize and the fancy camera with two lenses on the 7 Plus was a must!
So, after much deliberation and research (because I was changing providers) I pre-ordered the 128GB 7 Plus in Rose Gold. The bigger memory wasn't even a question because seeing "Storage is almost full" everyday on my 6 Plus was wearing thin! My new provider told me my new iPhone would arrive between September 23rd and October 14th, and low and behold on September 23rd it arrived! To say I was excited is an understatement. It's so fast, and so pretty, and no worries of storage YAY. It feels very delicate; I am still waiting on a cover I ordered from Amazon, but that's not going to stop me using it... Like the quote I had on my Facebook page, "I've come to realise my right hand is basically an iPhone"!

What products were you loving throughout September? I would love to see them!

Thanks for reading
